How do I place an order? +

To place an order, simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or sign in, then provide your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? +

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team immediately at (786) 756-6618 or email us. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for wholesale orders. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

How long does shipping take? +

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, and overnight shipping is available for orders placed before 2 PM EST. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 7-14 business days.

Do you offer free shipping? +

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental United States. For wholesale orders over $500, we provide free expedited shipping.

How can I track my order? +

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. The tracking information updates in real-time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? +

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. Returns must be initiated through your account or by contacting customer service.

How do I return an item? +

Log into your account, go to Order History, and select the item you wish to return. Print the prepaid return label, package the item securely, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or style? +

Yes! We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Simply initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We'll refund your original purchase once we receive the returned item.

How do I care for my silver jewelry? +

Clean silver jewelry with a soft cloth after each wear. Store in an airtight container or anti-tarnish bag. For deeper cleaning, use a silver polishing cloth or mild soap and warm water. Avoid exposing silver to harsh chemicals, chlorine, or saltwater.

How should I store my jewelry? +

Store jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep pieces separated in individual pouches or compartments to prevent scratching. Remove jewelry before sleeping, exercising, or swimming to extend its life.

Are your products hypoallergenic? +

Many of our pieces are made with hypoallergenic materials including sterling silver, 14k gold, and surgical steel. Product descriptions indicate if an item is nickel-free or hypoallergenic. If you have specific allergies, please contact us before purchasing.

Do your products come with a warranty? +

All our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues like loose stones, broken clasps, or structural defects. Normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage from misuse are not covered. Contact us if you experience any issues.
